Mitchell Jackman has been providing management and financial consulting to public issuers for over 10 years with extensive experience in varied management roles for entities across a variety of sizes, sectors and structures. Mr. Jackman is one of the founding partners of Cavalry Advisory Group, an accounting and advisory firm with a focus on financial reporting, compliance and strategic business assistance.

A Chartered Professional Accountant and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, Mitchell has been instrumental in executing the strategic visions of companies through timely and accurate financial reporting, transactional guidance from going-public and major corporate restructuring to investment opportunities and ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities.

Mr. Kompaniyets is a lawyer, recruiter, and business owner. He has experience with respect to public companies and capital markets. After beginning his legal career as a student at a prominent Toronto law firm, he spent four years as a legal recruitment manager. In 2021 Mr. Kompaniyets started his recruitment firm, focused on executive and legal recruitment where he’s advised public companies. Mr. Kompaniyets was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.

Mr. Mark Goldhar is a highly accomplished financial professional and entrepreneurial executive based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with over 17 years of experience in business development, financial strategy, and corporate leadership. He has co-founded and exited a dozen companies, five of which were successfully sold to public companies or strategic acquirers for a total value exceeding $290 million. Mark’s diverse expertise spans industries such as cannabis, psychedelics, technology, and traffic control, with notable roles including CFO of Robinson’s Cannabis Inc., Panag Pharma Inc., and Psychedelitech Inc. He has raised over $350 million in capital and is a founding shareholder and board member of several companies, including Site 20/20, The Well Creative Consultants, and Harmony Acquisitions Corp. Currently serving as CEO of Wenova Ventures, Mark continues to drive innovation and growth, leveraging his leadership to create sustainable value across multiple sectors.
